CCREEE’s technical programmes are led by the Centre’s Head of Technical Programmes who manages its key programmes, including: Integrated Resource and Resilience Planning, Project Development, Knowledge Management, Capacity Building and Communications and Public Relations.
The Head of Technical Programmes works closely with the Finance Manager in the management of the programmatic budget and reports to the Executive Director who oversees the Centre’s holistic functioning and management.
