CCREEE’s Administrative Unit provides critical support to the Centre’s work in the implementation of its strategic programmatic areas, along with specific support to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager and the wider CCREEE team.
The Administrative Unit supports a range of administrative and logistical functions including: liaison support for the Executive Board, Technical Committee, government agencies and entities, development partners and CCREEE’s other stakeholders. The Unit also supports travel coordination, procurement of goods and services, event management, property management and information, communication and technology (ICT), among other key areas.
Mr. Galen Hare is the Centre’s Assistant Network and Systems Administrator. Within this role he ensures that the information technology (IT) infrastructure of the Centre is robust and functioning efficiently. Liaising with CCREEE staff to ensure that their IT needs are met, Mr. Hare develops and implements solutions across the organization. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of The West Indies, Mona with a keen interest in Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, cloud computing and distributed systems.
