The 5th Meeting of the CCREEE Steering Committee (SC) took place on 5th April 2018 in Bridgetown, Barbados. In the meeting the SC members discussed the final steps of the legalization of the centre. The meeting featured also the hearings with the short-listed candidates for the post of the Executive Director. The recommendations of the SC are to be considered by the Seventy-Third Special Meeting of the Council for Trade and Economic Development (COTED), scheduled to take place from 17 to 19 April 2018 at the Headquaters of the CARICOM Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana.
