The Government of Barbados, through the Ministry of Energy, Business Development and Consumer Affairs, is inviting proposals from eligible Individual Consultants for the position of Technical Expert for the SMARTER Project.
The Technical Expert will provide technical oversight and guidance across relevant project workstreams, including consultant technical specifications, quality assurance and review of deliverables, design and evaluation of pilot and demonstration initiatives, and technical inputs to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
