The Government of Barbados, through the Ministry of Energy, Business Development and Consumer Affairs, is inviting proposals from eligible Individual Consultants for the position of Project Analyst for the SMARTER Project.
The Project Analyst will support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of activities under Components 1–3 of the SMARTER Project, including consultant management, stakeholder engagement, procurement planning, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and pilot project implementation.
