Early Market Engagement Invitation – CEGEB

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is hosting an early market engagement session under the Caribbean Efficient and Green-Energy Buildings (CEGEB) Project, a World Bank-funded initiative focused on improving energy efficiency and expanding renewable energy use across public buildings in Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Guyana.

This engagement invites experienced firms in energy efficiency and distributed photovoltaic systems to provide input on upcoming Investment Grade Audits and turnkey design, supply, and installation activities. The session will explore market readiness, procurement approaches, implementation timelines, and potential challenges, while helping shape how the project will be delivered across approximately 500 public facilities.

Participation offers stakeholders an opportunity to contribute insights and influence project design but does not constitute prequalification or provide any competitive advantage in future tenders.
